My gluten-free journey started back in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease...
I've always loved cooking and baking (my mom, Deedee Eldridge, instilled a love for baking in all 3 of her daughters), but having to cut gluten out of my diet forced me to re-learn how to make my favorite recipes.
Fast-forward 6 years when I had my first son, I decided to start the keto diet to lose my baby weight, and I was able to get back to pre-baby weight within 4 months. Ever since then, I have stuck with a low-carb lifestyle and continue to come up with new keto recipes to bake for myself and other people.
In addition to being gluten-free, I was also vegan for 10 years and I have a sister who has been vegan for 15 years, so that's why you'll notice that there is always at least a few vegan options on the menu.
When I'm not busy in the kitchen, I'm spending time with my husband and chasing around my 2 very active little boys.
