My gluten-free journey started back in 2012 when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease...

I've always loved cooking and baking (my mom instilled a love for baking in all 3 of her daughters), but having to cut gluten out of my diet forced me to completely re-learn how to bake.

In addition to being gluten-free, I was also vegan for 10 years and I have a sister who has been vegan for over 15 years, so that is why everything at the bakery is also completely vegan. And we always have a few keto/diabetic friendly options available. I try to cater to as many dietary restrictions as possible.

I’m a huge fan of Star Wars and Harrison Ford, and there are Star Wars Easter eggs all over the front of the bakery (and my freezer back in the kitchen has Han Solo in carbonite on it). And when I'm not working, I’m probably at Disneyland or chasing around my 2 little boys (also probably at Disneyland).
