Since taking back my health in 2019, I have come to discover that one of the ways that I can stay on track and not feel like I'm missing out on the sweet treats of life, is having The Caring Kitchen create and make healthy low carb options like they're delicious dark chocolate chip cookies or a Keto Pumpkin Pie at Thanksgiving. I like to bake too, but I don't have the time or patience to learn how to make low carb goodies. I'm grateful that The Caring Kitchen is now available in my area.
